The Nivahana Housing Loan facility provides customers, the ease of building or purchasing their own house or property and improvement and extension of an existing property.
Loan up to LKR. 10.0Mn against mortgage over immovable property
Maximum repayment period of 10 years
Grace period of 6 months for loans granted for new house construction
Loan will be released in stages for construction of houses
Loan up to LKR. 0.5Mn for Diriya members with 02 personal guarantors & simple lodgement of the land permit
Maximum repayment period of 03 years
Customers with a satisfactory CRIB and with an adequate repayment capacity are eligible to apply for the loan, so long as they are under 60 years of age.
